It appears that the focus on the recession has somewhat subsided over the last few weeks!!!

I am not sure if that is because we are seeing the first signs of " business returning to normal" or if it is just that the media has a new trumpet to blow - courtesy of our MP's who do to seem to understand the rules as regards business expenses needing to be " wholly necessarily and exclusively" incurred in the performance of their duties of employment.
